Then I formed a branch just for women to speak
I harbored fugitives and spoke at anti-slave conventions
Men tried to quiet me but never could succeed
Some suffragettes put black women in the back but
I upheld my morals of inclusion and empathy

Forget what’s proper and do something that matters
I’m short of stature, but my words stand tall
While all the men are shouting over each other
We’re seeking justice here at Seneca Falls
